Standardized assessment; report by VT-certified teacher; report + portfolio (≥4 work samples); grades from online academy/school; or evidence of passing the GED

Equivalent of 175 days of instruction

Basic communication (reading, writing, use of numbers); citizenship, history & government (VT & US); PE & comprehensive health (incl. effects of tobacco/alcohol/drugs); English/American/other literature; natural sciences; fine arts
