Records

As you teach, RubyLou gathers. Attendance is logged each day you mark work done. Instructional hours accumulate without a separate tally. Work samples and lesson records are organized by child, by subject, and by date — ready to review at the end of a quarter or when your state asks for them.
If you are enrolled in an Education Savings Account program, RubyLou organizes your expense records and curriculum documentation so you can review them, export them, and submit them yourself. We do not file on your behalf, and we do not make determinations about what qualifies — that remains between you and your program administrator.
Attendance
Each day you mark work done, attendance is logged. Hours accumulate across the year without a separate tally.
