Notify: Local Education Service District (ESD) — not the state DOE or local district; Written Notice of Intent (no mandated state form); incl. parent/children names, addresses, birthdates, last school attended; Within 10 days of beginning/withdrawing; one-time per child per ESD (re-notify if moving ESD) — not annual.

Approved standardized achievement test (no portfolio/teacher-eval alternative in statute)
