What you notify / file

Notify: Nebraska DOE (NDE) Exempt School Program; NDE then notifies the resident district; Form filing — Statement of Election and Assurances (Form A) + Authorized Parent Representative (Form B), online or mail; first year also a certified birth certificate; Promptly at start (initial); annually by July 15 thereafter.

Testing / evaluation

No standardized testing or evaluation required.

Required subjects

Language arts, mathematics, science, social studies, health (parent affirms; LB 1027 removed curriculum reporting)
