Nationally standardized achievement test; OR evaluation by a qualified person (CO-certified teacher, private-school teacher, licensed psychologist, or graduate degree in education) — in grades 3, 5, 7, 9, 11

172 days averaging 4 hours/day (≈688 hours)

U.S. Constitution, reading, writing, speaking, mathematics, history, civics, literature, science
